Refund policy

Please Read Our Return & Refund Policy Carefully:

Return:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return you can contact us at info@urbnelemnts.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3164 21st Street, PMB #161, Astoria, NY 11106, United States.

If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WHICH CIRCUMSTANCES WE OFFER RETURN & REFUND:

Wrong product
If you discover the item you received is not the one you ordered please contact us by email at info@urbnelemnts.com with photos of the wrong product we will provide a return shipping label. Once we receive the mistaken item we will ship the corrected item immediately.

Exchange
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product please contact us by email at info@urbnelemnts.com. We will process the exchange free of charge.

Change of mind
Changing your mind is OK but when it comes to returning or refunding our products after a sale has been completed and the item is not defective or damaged then we do not accept the item back. No return or refund will be processed. Please note this applies to all Colors, Sizes, Textures, and variations of our products.

Canceling Orders
We usually ship our orders immediately.

Therefore if you’d wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. We will process the cancellation in a timely manner but if you have already received the product we cannot guarantee any further processing.

** All refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for purchase after receiving the returned product and passing returns inspection. Please allow between 5-7 business days after the return is accepted for the refund to be reflected.  

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days or based on your bank or credit card service's normal timeframe.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has not arrived outside the normal processing window please check with your bank or credit card servicer as processing times may vary.
